We are currently looking for a Key Account Manager based in Paris or in Hong Kong, to insure customer success into deploying and running Horizon Software’s solutions.

The job responsibilities will include, without being limited to, the following:

  • Ensure that the customer requirements and needs are understood
  • Ensure that the clients in his portfolio are satisfied with the product and services delivered
  • Identify functional gap & implementation risks in project early phases
  • Manage customer project time line
  • Write specs / requirements, involve product experts & product owners when needed
  • Gather client requests and manage the workflow of tickets in our tracking tool
  • Manage the day-to-day relationship with the clients, propose new features
  • Report to the Head of Client Management

 

Skills and Requirements:

  • Interest in a financial trading support environment
  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong commitment to deliver Service & Satisfaction
  • Knowledge of electronic trading
  • Working knowledge of electronic trading platform architecture or support is definitely a plus

The role based in Paris will have with frequent travel to London.
