We are currently looking for a Junior Client Support Engineer in Shanghai to ensure customer success into deploying Horizon Software’s solutions.

The job responsibilities will include, without being limited to, the following :

• Establish direct contact with the customer and are the guarantor of the proper use of the software

• Analyze complex problems or incidents by bringing your enthusiasm and creativity to customer service

• Be a project manager: Manage and coordinate the implementation phase of the product or new functionalities at the customer

• Support customer requests until their resolution or escalation

• Communicate with project management teams, quality and IT development if needed for monitoring Customer incidents and requests


Skills and Requirements :

• At least 1-year experience in related field

• Interest in a financial trading support environment

• Bachelor or master’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Knowledge of electronic trading is a plus

• Working knowledge of automated or algorithmic trade designing or support is definitely a plus

• Knowledge of Linux operating systems and system administration is definitely a plus

• Basic knowledge of any OO languages and SDLC experience is a plus
