March 19th 2020, Paris, the Horizon team would like to share important information on the recent actions taken internally.

We were prepared to a quarantine scenario and had implemented or checked the relevant organizations and facilities to test comprehensive and efficient business continuity procedures. The safe, secure and resilient remote work environment we recently implemented is designed to avoid any impact of this significant business disruption to our clients and partners.

– 100% of our employees are now working remotely in France (Paris, Nantes and Rennes), Montreal and Bangkok. Our employees are fully operational with no identified disruption so far.

– Our Support team members and Key Account Managers are available to answer your business needs and emergencies as usual.

– Our Comex is fully dedicated to maintaining reliable services in a responsible and sensitive manner and virtually meet every day to anticipate any bottleneck. The Comex members are also focusing on specific individual situations that would need to be addressed among our employees.

As we addressed in the past a variety of contingencies that could disrupt the company’s business and service quality, our teams can today ensure you our critical processes are identified, maintained and followed closely during this pandemic event.

We remain available to help you face this unprecedent crisis by deploying if necessary Managed Services or Service Level 1 as business continuity solutions.

We hope this communication finds you and your loved ones in good health and wish you all the courage needed during these difficult times.

Sylvain Thieullent, CEO
