We are currently looking for a Client Support EMEA based in Paris, to insure customer success into deploying Horizon Software’s solutions.

The job responsibilities will include, without being limited to, the following:

  • Establish direct contact with customers and ensure proper use of software
  • Analyze issues or incidents bringing your enthusiasm and creativity to the customer’s service
  • Deploy the products at customer’s site and support users
  • Address customer requests through resolution or escalation
  • Communicate with Account Management, Quality Assurance and Development teams for incident tracking and follow-up on customer request

Skills and Requirements:

• Interest in a financial trading support environment
• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of electronic trading is a plus
• Working knowledge of automated or algorithmic trade designing or support is definitely a plus
• Knowledge of Linux operating systems and system administration is definitely a plus
• Basic knowledge of any OO languages and SDLC experience is a plus
