The job responsibilities will include, without being limited to, the following:

  • Ensure that the clients in his portfolio are satisfied with the product and services delivered
  • Ensure the clients installation and integration phases are run smoothly and efficiently
  • Provide clients support in a timely and efficient way
  • Occasionally provide consulting services on client’s sites
  • Manage the day-to-day relationship with the clients, propose new features
  • Report to the Head of Client Services in weekly meetings

Skills and Requirements:

  • Interest in a financial trading support environment
  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • English and Thaï speaking and written
  • Knowledge of Linux operating systems and system administration is definitely a plus
