We are currently looking for a Client Services Engineer based in Montreal, to support our global market front office application.

 

Here are the challenges that await you :

• Establish direct contact with the customer and are the guarantor of the proper use of the software

Analyze complex problems or incidents by bringing your enthusiasm and creativity to customer service

Be a project manager: Manage and coordinate the implementation phase of the product or new functionalities at the customer

Support customer requests until their resolution or escalation

 Communicate with project management teams, quality and IT development if needed for monitoring Customer incidents and requests

 

We would be happy to talk to you if you :

• Have knowledge of the Linux system

•  Have a passion for customer service

Have a good ability to analyze, summarize and write

Are curious with a good team spirit

•  Are motivated and ready to give the best of you

Speak English (oral and written)
